Vynrr® is building a comprehensive solution that:

Creates Universal Digital Identity: We provide everyone, particularly the unbanked and unidentified, with a secure and portable digital identity that is independent of traditional financial systems. This identity can be used to access services, prove ownership, and participate in the global economy.

Fights Cybercrime: We are introducing a new paradigm in the fight against cybercrime, with innovative methods designed to protect against account takeover (ATO), phishing, and invoice fraud in ways never before deployed.

Enables Verifiable Ownership: Vynrr® allows for the creation of immutable digital assets that can represent physical property, intellectual property, digital goods, or financial instruments. This provides a secure record of ownership and provenance.

Supports Efforts Against Modern-Day Slavery and Trafficking: By enabling secure, verifiable identity, Vynrr® makes it harder for false identities to be exploited in systems of trafficking and exploitation, contributing to global efforts to dismantle these harms.

Simon is the entrepreneurial force behind Vynrr®, with a distinguished career spanning several decades of innovation. From pioneering the ICON moving light system in the 90s to managing the first paid MP3 downloads and leading ventures in China and the immersive technology space, his history is one of identifying and solving complex problems with groundbreaking ideas. A firm believer in a world of abundance, Simon’s vision for Vynrr® is a direct extension of his lifelong commitment to positive change and social good.

DIRECTOR

Dan is the co-inventor of Vynrr® and Design Director, with over 20 years’ experience in the creative industry delivering impactful design across brand, product, and user experience. He is responsible for the design conception and management of Vynrr®, shaping the product’s identity and interface from the ground up. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to innovation, Dan leads the creative direction and brand development, ensuring that every aspect of Vynrr® reflects its mission and builds user trust.

RICHARD WILLIAMS

CEO

Richard brings extensive leadership experience as a Managing Director, CEO, and CFO, with a proven track record in the entertainment industry. Skilled in acquisitions, negotiation, business planning, and financial management, Richard combines commercial acumen with hands-on operational expertise. A self-taught and qualified finance professional, he has overseen complex productions and strategic transactions throughout his career. At Vynrr®, he applies this depth of experience to reinforce governance and financial discipline, ensuring the company operates with transparency and integrity.

KATHARINE BISHOP

BUSINESS STRATEGY

Katharine is a senior professional with over 20 years’ experience in strategic planning, corporate development, and operational transformation. Having held leadership roles across insurers and brokers, she brings deep expertise in risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, as well as a proven ability to manage complex change and deliver growth. At Vynrr®, she applies this experience to business strategy and development, driving alignment across stakeholders and helping to position the company for long-term impact and market leadership.

Alex is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with over 15 years’ experience scaling high-growth technology companies across software, emerging tech, and media. A qualified UK solicitor and former Great Britain athlete, he combines deep operational expertise with a high-performance mindset. At Vynrr®, Alex applies his track record in operational excellence, team building, and strategic execution to drive efficiency, resilience, and sustainable growth.

VIKTORIA IDAKIEVA

CTO

Viktoria has over 10 years’ experience developing web applications across the military, entertainment, fintech, and consulting industries. Specialising in frontend development, she is skilled in creating compelling interfaces and user experiences that meet WCAG accessibility standards. Viktoria holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Cardiff and is CompTIA Security+ certified, applying her technical expertise to lead the design and delivery of the technology platform at Vynrr®.

Richard brings extensive experience in revenue growth and business development, with a proven ability to establish and scale strategic partnerships across industries. Skilled in B2B sales and market execution, he has built strong relationships with high-value clients in sports and entertainment. At Vynrr®, Richard leads business development and partnerships, helping to open new markets and accelerate the company’s global adoption.
